Functieomschrijving

As a Logistics Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all export activities for our dairy products. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our products reach international customers on time and in optimal condition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the entire export process, including preparing customs documentation and shipments;
  • Developing transport plans and coordinating logistics operations;
  • Maintaining relationships with external logistics partners, carriers, and customs authorities;
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring efficient distribution;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

We are looking for a person that is able to have a critical and precise view but is also able to work pragmatically when needed. It is important that you are able to stay level headed when things do not go as was planned and look for the best possible solustion for the involving partners.

Job Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field;
  • Experience in a similar logistics role, preferably in an export environment;
  • Knowledge of export regulations, customs requirements, and experience with customs procedures. Knowledge of overseas export and container shipment is a strong advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with additional proficiency in Spanish, German, or Arabic being a plus;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
